Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
·
Responsible for counselling enquiries, walking in clients, and selling our services over the phone and by email in person.·
Advice on the available overseas options will enable the candidates and their families to make an educated choice and the right decision.·
Give clear and accurate information based on the current immigration visa laws and policies.·
Provide a fair and neutral evaluation of a candidate’s profile.·
Provide a personal career strategy customised to their needs.·
Achieve excellent customer service by proactively responding to client queries and advising customers on their overseas immigration and visa needs.·
Meet the assigned targets.·
Communicating with clients and understanding their immigration requirements.·
Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products·
Preferred Location: Mumbai, Delhi,
Desired Candidate Profile
·
Desired Skills and Experience: - 2 to 4 years of relevant industry experience. The more, the better·
Prior experience in Immigration Sales is highly recommended. Having prior experience selling business and investor programs will give you a higher weightage.·
Ability to communicate effectively and concisely to customers.·
Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.·
Familiarity with computers and the Internet.·
Sales-oriented and target-driven attitude: Outgoing and positive with a passion for learning and growing.·
Team skills and strong relationship-building skills.
Languages known: English, Hindi, Punjabi(Optional)
