Designation : Executive/Senior Executive – Corporate Sales for IGP Business Client Relationship & Sales: Provide excellent customer service / experience with the ability to develop meaningful and loyal client relationships. Be Brand Ambassador and able to understand and suggest products and services as per customer’s needs. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their requirements and needs. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services. Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections Collaborate with team members to achieve better results Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams Analyze market and establish competitive advantages Stakeholder management: Fostering good rapport and seamless coordination with internal & external stakeholders. Effectively communicating the customer requirements, ensuring that all information is accurate between client and operations so that client satisfaction is exceeded. Managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date data inclusive of deadlines, client details, correspondence, and traces in the assigned sales system. Job Location: 2 positions in Mumbai (Chandivali – Andheri East)
