innovating for a better world . We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Annotator Trainer to join our team and contribute to the development of high-quality annotated datasets for our machine learning models.Job Summary:

The Annotator Trainer will be responsible for training and overseeing a team of data annotators, ensuring the accuracy and consistency of annotated data. This role involves developing training materials, conducting training sessions, and providing ongoing support to annotators. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data annotation, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching and mentoring.Responsibilities:Develop and update training materials for data annotators.Conduct training sessions for new annotators and provide refresher training as needed.Monitor the quality of annotated data and provide feedback to annotators.Assist in the development and implementation of annotation guidelines and standards.Collaborate with the stakeholders to understand annotation requirements and ensure they are met.Identify areas for improvement in the annotation process and suggest enhancements.Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in data annotation and machine learning.Requirements:Proven experience in data annotation, preferably in a leadership or training role.Strong understanding of machine learning and AI concepts.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.Proficient in using annotation tools and platforms.Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Linguistics, or a related field is preferred.Skills Required
