Role Summary

As a
Store Manager at Kimirica
, you will be responsible for
leading store operations, delivering exceptional customer experience, and driving sales performance
. You will play a key role in representing Kimirica's values of
luxury, premium quality, and 100% vegan personal care
while
building and motivating a high-performing team
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily store operations
    including inventory, visual merchandising, and SOP adherence.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets
    and deliver a strong customer engagement experience.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the team
    to provide a premium shopping experience.
  • Handle
    customer escalations
    with professionalism and ensure smooth service.
  • Monitor stock levels
    and coordinate replenishments to avoid shortages.
  • Maintain
    store ambience and hygiene
    in line with Kimirica's luxury retail standards.
  • Prepare
    sales reports
    and share insights with the Retail Head.
  • Support
    promotional activities and local marketing initiatives
    to maximize footfall.

Requirements

  • Graduate
    in any discipline; MBA/Retail Management preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service orientation.
  • Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Result-driven mindset
    with proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
