Clinician Hiring Specialist

Moolchand Healthcare is seeking a talented and experienced Clinician Hiring Specialist to join our Human Resources team. The role involves recruiting and hiring doctors across various specialties and levels. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the healthcare industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to attract top talent to our hospital.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified clinicians.
- Candidate Sourcing: Use various sourcing methods such as job portals, social media, professional networks, and university partnerships to identify and attract top talent.
- Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to ensure candidates meet hospital standards and job requirements.
- Offer Management: Coordinate job offers, negotiate terms, and manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the hospital.
- Employer Branding: Promote the hospital's brand to potential candidates, emphasizing its culture, benefits, and career growth opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with department heads, medical directors, and other stakeholders to understand their doctor staffing needs and ensure alignment with recruitment strategies.
- Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with hospital policies, legal requirements, and industry standards. Maintain accurate records and documentation of the hiring process.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions, professional organizations, and industry networks to ensure a consistent talent pipeline.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A background in healthcare or medical sciences is a plus.
- A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in healthcare recruitment or human resources, with a focus on hiring clinicians.
- Familiarity with healthcare industry standards, clinician roles, and medical terminology. Knowledge of hospital accreditation and compliance requirements is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clinicians and hospital staff.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and manage candidate and stakeholder expectations.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain high attention to detail.
