Company DescriptionLimestays is a short-term rental management service founded in 2017 by a team with years of experience in leading companies such as Airbnb and JP Morgan. We aim to be the homeowners' first choice when considering entering the short-term rental market. Currently, we manage 30+ properties across Alibaug, Goa, Diveagar, Panchgani Lonavala, and Mumbai.

Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Accountant, located in Candolim. The Junior Accountant will be responsible for performing day-to-day accounting tasks, such as preparing financial statements, maintaining records of financial transactions, reconciling bank statements, and assisting with budgeting and forecasting. Additionally, the Junior Accountant will support the senior accounting team in various financial and administrative tasks.

QualificationsStrong knowledge of accounting principles and practicesProficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft ExcelAttention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial analysisAbility to prioritize tasks and meet deadlinesEffective communication and interpersonal skillsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldExperience in the hospitality or property management industry is a plusProfessional certification (e.g., CPA or ACCA) is a plus
