A Spoken English Trainer is responsible for improving students' English communication skills by developing and delivering engaging lessons focused on grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and conversation, while also providing constructive feedback, assessing progress, and creating a motivating learning environment. Key responsibilities include creating lesson plans, leading interactive classes, tailoring instruction to different skill levels, and helping students build confidence in their spoken English abilities.

Qualifications

  • Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, English Literature, Education, or a related field is typically required.
  • Experience: Prior work experience in teaching or other roles within the education industry is often beneficial.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Lesson Planning: Design and implement engaging lesson plans, including interactive activities, role-playing, and discussions, tailored to various proficiency levels and learning goals.
  • Teaching and Coaching:Deliver instruction on grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and conversational skills. Provide one-on-one coaching and support to students.
  • Student Assessment: Evaluate students' current language proficiency and track their progress through regular assessments and assignments.
  • Feedback and Motivation: Offer constructive feedback to help students improve their speaking skills and maintain a positive, motivating, and supportive learning environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
