Overview: We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic-minded Product Analyst and Strategist to join our team and play a key role in shaping the direction of our product offerings. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to inform product development and strategy decisions. Demonstrative skill in taking responsibility for driving initiatives and projects forward will be essential in this role.


Responsibilities:-

1. Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes, providing insights to inform product strategy and roadmap development.

2. Customer Insights: Gather and analyze customer feedback, usage data, and market insights to identify opportunities for product enhancements, new features, and innovation.

3. Product Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, design, and marketing, to develop and execute product strategies that align with business objectives and market needs.

4. Roadmap Planning: Assist in the development of product roadmaps, feature prioritization, and release planning, balancing short-term goals with long-term vision and strategic objectives.

5. Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitor activities, product offerings, and market positioning, conducting competitive analysis and benchmarking to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for differentiation.

6. Data Analysis: Utilize quantitative and qualitative data analysis techniques to track product performance, measure key metrics, and derive actionable insights to optimize product performance and user experience.

7. Product Evangelism: Serve as a product evangelist internally and externally, articulating the value proposition, features, and benefits of our products to stakeholders, customers, and prospects.

8. Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks, challenges, and dependencies associated with product initiatives, and work proactively to mitigate risks and ensure successful execution.

9. Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive product initiatives from concept to launch, ensuring alignment and coordination across departments.

10. Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the product team, promoting experimentation, feedback loops, and data-driven decision-making.


Qualifications: -

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Proven experience in product management, product analysis, or product strategy roles within the software or technology industry.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather, interpret, and synthesize data from multiple sources to inform decision-making.
  • Strategic mindset, with the ability to think critically, anticipate market trends, and develop actionable insights to drive product strategy.
  • Excellent communication and presentation/demonstrative skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Experience working in agile development environments and familiarity with agile methodologies and principles. Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
