SummaryWe are seeking a results-driven Director of Digital Marketing with a focus on PPC, Search Ads, and Meta Ads. The Director will develop and execute digital marketing strategies to enhance our online presence, drive customer acquisition, and promote brand awareness.

ResponsibilitiesPPC Campaign Management: Develop, implement, and optimize PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Meta Ads.Search Ads Strategy: Create and execute search advertising strategies to drive targeted traffic and conversions.Meta Ads Expertise: Leverage Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) for high-converting campaigns using advanced targeting techniques.Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals.Team Leadership: Lead and manage a high-performing digital marketing team.Data Analytics and Reporting: Measure and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights.Budget Management: Manage the digital marketing budget to optimize resource allocation.

Experience & CompetenciesBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.10+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.Proven track record in developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies.Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with PPC, Search Ads, and Meta Ads.Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, SEO tools).Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
