React Native Developer

About the RoleFlyde Studio is looking for a React Native Developer who can translate thoughtful design into clean, performant mobile applications. You’ll be working alongside a design-led team to deliver polished user experiences for both startups and established brands. This role requires a strong grasp of mobile development principles, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and project managers. ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native Convert Figma designs into functional, responsive interfaces Optimize application performance and responsiveness Integrate APIs, third-party libraries, and native modules Collaborate with backend and design teams to ensure seamless delivery Conduct code reviews and write clean, reusable, well-documented code Debug production issues and implement timely fixes Participate in sprint planning and provide technical input during project scoping Requirements2+ years of professional experience with React Native Solid understanding of JavaScript and TypeScript Strong knowledge of React hooks, state management (Redux or Context), and component architecture Experience with mobile-specific concerns such as gesture handling, navigation, and async storage Familiarity with API integration, push notifications, and app publishing workflows (App Store / Play Store) Version control proficiency (Git) Preferred (Not Mandatory)Experience working with Expo and custom native modules Exposure to tools like Fastlane, Bitrise, Firebase, or OTA update systems Background in working with design systems or component libraries Comfortable collaborating with a fully remote team About YouYou care about code quality and consistency You have a good design eye and value smooth, intuitive UI You work well in structured, fast-moving environments You’re proactive, accountable, and communicative How to ApplySend your application to with: Your CV or LinkedIn profile Links to apps you’ve built (live or GitHub) A short note on what you’re looking for in your next role We review every application carefully and respond to candidates who are a strong fit for the role.
