Overview

The Quality Document Controller (QDC) is responsible for quality checking, uploading corporate and program process documents and maintaining the support documentation to the document library known as the Vectrus Execution Model (VExM) within the Vectrus Intranet/SharePoint. The QDC will actively work with other Quality Department Team members to support document conversions or formatting edits to the latest Vectrus document templates and structure. They will do so by maintaining a standard of quality in accordance with customer, corporate, program, and department standards. He/ She will also support any internal or external audits on VExM or within the Quality team accountability and oversight structure.

The QDC must be on-site or available to be on-site during regular working hours. Flexibility on workdays and times will be necessary to support overseas meetings, when necessary.


Responsibilities
Ensure that the standardized document formats are followed for all the documents housed within the document library. N/A Adherence to the Document Management Procedure to ensure that the Document management is compliant N/A Formats, QC checks and publishes the document to the document library N/A Maintains the support evidences, change logs, document versions with easy traceability N/A Ensures integrity of data and document use Communication with the Business Advisories and Program teams for better guidance and query clarification. N/A Provides input for document metrics calculation N/A Ensure to meet the document publishing SLA with 100% accuracy N/A
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications Education / Certifications: One-year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.A Bachelor’s Degree in any field Experience: One (1) year of experience in document management role is preferred but not required Skills & Technology Used: Must be proficient in the English (Reading, Writing and Speaking)Advanced knowledge of MS office and document creation tools like Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power point and Adobe Acrobat.Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams.Familiarity with SharePoint. Work Environment: Indoor office environment.May require a flexible work schedule and remote work-from-home, at times, to support global meetingsRequires long periods of sitting at a desk and working in front of a computer.
