We are looking for a creative and strategic UI/UX Designer to drive our design efforts. This role will oversee the design process, mentor junior designers, and ensure that our products deliver outstanding user experiences.

Technical & Professional Requirements:Design Expertise:

Proven experience of

2+ years in design software,

including

Figma ,

Adobe XD,

Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and other graphic and wireframing tools.Comprehensive Knowledge:

Extensive experience in UI design, typography, color theory, UX design, prototyping, wireframing, mockups, user research, and UX writing.User Experience Leadership:

Design optimal user experiences while creating detailed specifications for target UI technologies.Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with project management to understand use cases, define workflows and storyboards, and translate them into concrete screen flows, wireframes, and polished visual designs.Mentorship and Ownership:

Lead product brainstorming sessions, user research initiatives, and design discussions, actively mentoring junior team members.Creative Solutions:

Develop innovative web and mobile designs for e-commerce platforms, iOS and Android apps, and social media interfaces.Documentation:

Create and maintain a Graphic Design Document, Style Guide, and various design templates.
