The Senior Analytics Specialist will collaborate withcrossfunctional teams to identify opportunities for optimizationand innovation contributing to the overall growth and success ofthecompany.
JobResponsibilities
  • Analyzelarge and complex data sets to extract meaningful insights andtrends.
  • Develop statistical models andalgorithms to identify patterns and correlations in thedata.
  • Interpret data and provide actionablerecommendations to stakeholders.
  • Work closelywith business leaders to understand their objectives andchallenges.
  • Develop datadriven strategies tosolve business problems and optimizeprocesses.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctionalteams to align analytics initiatives with overall businessgoals.
  • Create clear and concise reportsdashboards and visualizations.
  • Automatereporting processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery ofinsights.
  • Build predictive models to forecastfuture trends customer behavior and businessoutcomes.
  • Evaluate model performance makenecessary adjustments and iterate to improveaccuracy.
  • Implement machine learning techniquesto enhance predictive analyticscapabilities.
  • Ensure data accuracy consistencyand reliability across different databases andsources.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to optimisedata storage retrieval and processing.
  • Stayupdated with the latest tools and technologies in the field of dataanalytics.
  • Work closely with marketing Creditproduct development teams to provide analyticalsupport.
  • Collaborate with data engineers and ITprofessionals to streamline data pipelines andintegration.
  • Mentor junior analysts and provideguidance on analytics bestpractices.
  • Proficiency in data analysis toolsand languages such as SQL R Python orsimilar.
  • Strong background in statisticalanalysis predictive modelling and machine learningtechniques.
  • Experience with data visualisationtools like Tableau Power BI or similarplatforms.
