Job Title: React + Java Developer
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy high-quality, scalable web applications using React and Java technologies.
Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
Conduct code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and mentor junior team members to foster growth and development.
Troubleshoot issues, debug code, and implement effective solutions to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in React, Java, and related technologies, and advocate for their adoption when appropriate.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of professional experience as a software developer, with a strong focus on React and Java development.
Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and related front-end technologies.
Solid understanding of modern web development principles, including responsive design, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
Extensive experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).
Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget, with a keen eye for detail and quality.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for learning and continuous improvement.
