Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and creative senior designer, to join our dynamic team at Digitas India, in the Bangalore office.


Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and create visually appealing and engaging designs for social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, , TikTok, and others.
  • Design and produce digital assets such as graphics, illustrations, animations, and videos for social media posts, stories, ads, and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the content team to develop creative concepts and visual solutions that align with client objectives and brand identities.
  • Work closely with the account management team to understand client briefs, project requirements, and timelines.
  • Ensure all design work adheres to brand guidelines, quality standards, and best practices for each platform.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and design innovations to bring fresh ideas and creative solutions to projects.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions, creative reviews, and client presentations as needed.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and workflows within the agency.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • Proven experience of 2 years, working as a graphic designer, preferably in a social media or digital agency environment.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, or similar tools.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, including social media content, digital campaigns, branding, and/or advertising.
  • Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition principles.
  • Experience creating animations and motion graphics is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and brand consistency.
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and work well under pressure.
  • Passion for creativity, innovation, and continuous learning.
