Your expertise in SEO, Social Media Marketing, Paid Ads, and Email Marketing will be key to developing strategies that drive growth and success for our clients.Responsibilities:- Manage a team of 10+ digital marketing professionals, ensuring tasks are aligned with client goals and objectives. - Review and approve posts, reels, and other content before sharing with clients. - Work closely with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored digital marketing strategies. - Track team progress through weekly reports, ensuring KPIs are met and tasks are completed efficiently. - Develop and implement strategies for social media, SEO, and paid ad campaigns. - Ensure timely client communications, approvals, and report submissions. - Regularly check community engagement efforts and response times to reviews across social media platforms. - Collaborate with the Business Development Executive to bring in new clients and business opportunities.What We’re Looking For:- 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on SEO, Social Media Marketing, Paid Ads, and Email Marketing. - Proven leadership skills and experience managing a team. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies. - Strong understanding of community engagement and review response best practices. - Experience with tracking and analyzing digital marketing performance using analytics tools. - Ability to work closely with clients and understand their business needs. - Digital Marketing Agency experience preferred. - Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Metricool, Canva, ChatGPT, Gemini, AI tools for website creation, Ubersuggest, Semrush, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Wix, Constant Contact, and Mailchimp.Why Join Us?- Opportunity to lead a talented and creative team. - Work on a wide variety of exciting client projects across different industries. - Competitive salary and benefits package. - Professional growth and development opportunities. - Collaborative and supportive work environment.If you’re passionate about digital marketing and have the experience to lead a team, we want to hear from youApply NowSend your resume to Location: PuneJob Package: Up to 7LPA
