We are responsible for the enhancements to the existing platform to cater to the growing business needs based on industry trends, either functionally or technically.The solution implemented is a global application spanning across 3 regions and 20+ countries with a single code base, with multi-lingual support.Looking for talented Selenium Developer to join our team & you will be responsible forUnderstanding the requirements from the Functional TeamEstablishing the test automation process,Participating in evaluating and planning the automation roadmapMaintaining and updating Selenium WebDriver scripts,Designing, developing, and implementing a scalable test automation framework and strategy using Selenium WebDriver ‍Your OpportunityYou will be responsible for applying your extensive hands-on knowledge of selenium and java to develop and implement test plans and test cases based on the requirements, and then designs, creates and maintains the automation scripts.Your QualificationsAny Computer Science based graduation.3+ years in software developmentStrong working experience in Selenium WebDriver, Java, and other programming languagesExperience / knowledge in automated testing tools like TestNG, JUnit, and CucumberFamiliarity of version control systems like GitUnderstanding of agile development techniques like Scrum and KanbanStrong problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skillsOur Ideal CandidatePreferably from Banking domainStrong working experience in Selenium WebDriver, Java, and other programming languagesExperience / knowledge in automated testing tools like TestNG, JUnit, and CucumberExperience identifying common functionalities and creating function in automation is requiredExperience setting test data for automation scriptsExperience of Only record and playback using the automation tool should not be considered as automation testerStrong problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skillsAspire to learn new tools as per the project needExposure to Agile methodologiesYour ResponsibilitiesAs an integral part of the testing team, you will be responsible for the following –Create, design, and maintain automated test suites via Selenium WebDriverDevelop Test Automation Approach applying Modern test automation techniques.Collaborate with software developers, quality assurance engineers, and project managers to ensure high-quality software releases.Analyze user requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.Write clear and concise test cases and scripts.Execute, assess, and report test results for manual and automated test cases.Detect and analyze software flaws and engage with developers to find solutions.Stay up to date with emerging testing tools, trends, and methodologies.Schedule Automation RegressionTroubleshoot issues in Automation scripts.Identify and raise defect identified through automation execution.Regular update Automation SuiteTimely report testing status.Filtration criteria:4-6 years of experience in testing3+ years of experience in automation testing using Selenium WebDriver, Java, TestNG, JUnit, and CucumberExperience in banking domain
