Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Redevelopment Executive at Kohinoor Group in Mumbai. The Redevelopment Executive will be responsible for:
Negotiating and managing business relationships; Identifying for the business through redevelopment of societies.
Monitor redevelopment business development process
Responsible for documentation and review of all processes and procedures from time to time.
Recommendations and finalization to undertake the societies for redevelopment.
Identifying, prospecting, negotiating, and closing societies for redevelopment.
Develop and maintain broker network
Liaison with relevant functions for relevant compliances in coordination with tenants.
Ensure that the title of the property is clear and 100% due diligence is carried out following all the parameters – Location, Pricing, Overall Title, Documentation, etc.
Carry out a financial feasibility study of the project
Manage pre-construction / launch
