OPERATIONAL HEAD

Job Description:
We're seeking an experienced Operational Head to lead and conduct all operational aspects of the business. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong operational background, capable of driving efficiency, optimising processes, and ensuring seamless execution.
Key Responsibilities:
-Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive operational strategies aligned with Eeksha’s overall business objectives.
-Team Management: Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
-Process Optimisation: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
-Supply Chain Management: Oversee the entire supply chain, from sourcing raw materials to final delivery, to ensure timely and cost-effective operations.
-Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, optimise stock turnover, and minimise stockouts and overstocks.
-Quality Control: Maintain strict quality control standards throughout the production process.
-Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
-Compliance: Adhere to all relevant industry regulations and compliance standards.
Qualifications/Skills Required:
-MBA in Operations Management or a related field.
-2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the fashion or luxury industry.
-Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
-Excellent organisational and time management skills.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
-Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
-Detail-oriented with a keen eye for quality.
-Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
