Requirements 5 to 7 years of experience in Data Science or Machine Learning roles Proven ability to work on end-to-end ML projects—from research to production Conduct in-depth machine learning research and stay updated with state-of-the-art advancements Read, interpret, and implement research papers, especially in the Generative AI domain Mentor and guide junior data scientists and interns in executing real-world projects Design and build machine learning and deep learning models to solve complex business challenges Work collaboratively across teams to turn data into decisions, and models into products Strong foundation in Statistics and Probability Advanced proficiency in Python for data science and ML workflows Hands-on experience with key libraries like Scikit-learn, Keras, TensorFlow, and PyTorch Expertise in core ML algorithms like Linear/Logistic Regression, Decision Trees, Gradient Descent, SVMs, etc. Deep familiarity with Transformer architectures and working with Large Language Models (LLMs) Experience with frameworks like Langchain or LlamaIndex for building LLM-based applications Ability to turn theoretical models into production-ready code with clarity and precision Benefits We don’t just hire employees—we invest in people.
