With intuitive cycle tracking and phase-based wellness tips, the app helps users align their routines with their natural rhythms. Our mission is to empower women to feel comfortable, informed, and empowered in their own skin.
The Role
We’re looking for a Founding Tech Lead who can take ownership of our product and bring it to life. This is not just a job — it’s a chance to become a co-creator of a movement that reshapes healthcare for half the world’s population. You will:
Lead the development of our mobile-first product (iOS/Android + backend).
Build AI-driven personalization into user experience.
Work directly with the founder to shape product vision, roadmap, and execution.
Navigate the high-pressure, high-reward journey of an early-stage startup.
Set up scalable, secure, and user-centric architecture.
Qualifications
Strong hands-on experience in mobile app development (React Native/Flutter, iOS/Android).
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
Skilled in backend development (Node.js, Python, or similar).
Exposure/interest in AI/ML integration (recommendation engines, personalization).
Entrepreneurial mindset: ownership, resilience, creative problem-solving.
Passionate about building tech that impacts real lives .
Experience in the wellness or healthcare industry is a plus
