Job Title: Territory Sales Manager - Medical Equipment
We are seeking a highly experienced sales professional to lead our medical equipment sales efforts in the X-Ray segment at the state level.
- Requires strong experience in selling X-Ray and C-Arm type medical equipment at a state level.
- Must have a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding annual operating plan targets.
- Needs comprehensive market coverage capabilities, including a good understanding of customer profiles in Tier I, II, and III cities.
- Must possess excellent customer connections, particularly at senior levels such as CEOs, COOs, and Purchase Heads.
- Able to effectively influence senior management within customer organizations.
- Responsible for building demand with monthly visibility of the sales funnel for the month, quarter, and financial year.
- Ensures timely collection of accounts receivable without any overdrafts by persuading team members to collect AR dues on time.
- Provides accurate forecasts on a monthly basis to support better inventory planning.
- Effectively manages stakeholders across various functions within the organization, including finance, sourcing, HR, supply chain, and technology teams.
- Contributes to business growth while fostering a positive energy within and outside the team.
