Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relationship Officer based in Ghaziabad. The Customer Relationship Officer will be responsible for managing business relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and facilitating communication between various stakeholders. Daily tasks include handling customer service inquiries, assisting with finance-related queries, and supporting sales activities to enhance customer engagement and retention.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Business Relationship Management and Customer Service
  • Experience in Finance and Sales
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in the transportation or logistics industry is a plus
