Trainer - Airport Operations

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Trainer for Airport Ground Operations with a strong background in the Security department to join our Aviakul Aviation Academy. The successful candidate will train students who aspire to work as Aviation Personnel in various airports, focusing on ensuring that they are well-prepared for roles in airport security and ground operations.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Security Management, or a related field.
Certifications in airport security, ground handling, or relevant areas are highly desirable.
Experience:
Minimum of 5-8 years of experience working in as Security Manager of a recognized airport.
Proven track record of conducting training programs or workshops in airport security and ground operations.
Experience with security protocols, emergency procedures, and regulatory compliance in an airport environment.
Skills:
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
Proficient in using training software and tools.
Ability to develop and implement training curricula.
Up-to-date knowledge of airport security regulations and practices.
Roles and Responsibilities
Training Development:
Design, develop, and update comprehensive training programs for students in airport ground operations with a focus on security.
Create engaging training materials, including manuals, presentations, and multimedia resources.
Training Delivery:
Conduct theoretical and practical training sessions for students.
Provide hands-on training in real-world scenarios to ensure students are well-prepared for actual security roles.
Assessment and Evaluation:
Assess the progress and performance of students through tests, practical evaluations, and feedback sessions.
Ensure that training programs meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Mentorship and Support:
Offer continuous support and mentorship to students, helping them navigate through the training and placement process.
Address individual student needs and provide additional resources or guidance as necessary.
Compliance and Standards:
Stay updated with the latest security regulations and standards in the aviation industry.
Ensure all training content and delivery methods comply with current aviation security regulations.
Collaboration:
Work closely with other trainers and staff to provide a comprehensive training experience.
Collaborate with industry experts and airport authorities to stay informed about the latest developments and best practices in airport security.
Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of training sessions, student attendance, and performance.
Provide regular reports on training outcomes and student progress to management.
