Top Sights During Your Role Stay (Key Expectations) :

- Understand and high-level review of good development practices like - coding standards, code review, source control, build management etc.- Experience in technical architecture, frameworks & solution design, debugging code/ fixing bugs, understanding the code, providing feedback and improvements, doing code reviews.- Deep Understanding of technologies such as API, React, , SQL Server and NoSQL databases like Mongo DB and indexing solutions like Elasticsearch. Bootstrap, Kafka, RedIS knowledge preferred.- Translate business requirements into technical solutions, recommend alternative technical & business approaches, and lead engineering efforts to meet aggressive timelines with optimal solution

Do You have it in You Take The Voyage (‘Must-Haves’)

- More than 3 years of Prior experience as a Golag/Node/Python/Java/Node in any SAAS product- Exposure to other languages/ framworks like GoLang, RUST will be preferred.- Capacity to use SQL server with ease. Exposure to Redis / MongoDB/ PostgreSQL is desired.- Should have worked with cloud platforms like AWS / Azure.- A flair for creating well-presented software that is technically sound.- Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.- Excellent organizational and time management skills.- Self-driven, flexible, and innovative.

Good to have:

- Experience in AngularJS, or NODEJS, etc.- Knowledge in designing and developing cloud solutions like AWS.- Experience in project management in AGILE methodology.
