Production Chemist

Location: Ghatkesar, Hyderabad Qualification: M.Sc. Biotechnology / Life Sciences / Pharmacy Experience: 0–2 years (vaccine industry preferred) Department: Vaccine Bulk Production Role Overview: We are looking for a Production Chemist to support day-to-day manufacturing operations in the Bulk Production department, ensuring GMP compliance, proper documentation, and smooth execution of processes. Key Responsibilities: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the production area. Monitor basic environmental parameters (temperature, RH, differential pressure). Prepare solutions, materials, and equipment required for manufacturing. Support execution of routine production processes as per approved SOPs and BMRs. Perform in-process checks and record data accurately. Ensure timely documentation and logbook updates. Follow GMP, safety practices, and departmental guidelines. Coordinate with QA, Engineering, and other teams for daily activities. Assist in training workers on basic procedures and hygiene practices. Support handling of change controls, deviations, and other QMS activities. Skills & Requirements: Knowledge of GMP and cleanroom practices. Basic understanding of manufacturing processes (pharma/biotech). Good documentation and communication skills. Ability to work in shifts and follow SOPs strictly.
