Role & responsibilities

  • Configure and implement IBM Maximo modules (Asset Management, Work Management, Preventive Maintenance, Inventory, Procurement, etc.).
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations.
  • Provide functional support during deployment, go-live, and post-deployment stages.
  • Conduct end-user training and prepare documentation for processes and configurations.
  • Assist with system testing, UAT, data migration, and integration activities.
  • Work with technical teams to integrate Maximo with ERP, IoT, and other enterprise systems.
  • Troubleshoot issues and ensure system stability and performance.
  • Recommend process improvements leveraging Maximo best practices.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation (requirements, configurations, workflows, manuals).
  • Support reporting and dashboard development.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Hands-on experience in IBM Maximo implementation, configuration, and support.
  • Knowledge of business process analysis in asset management or related domains.
  • Experience in Maximo upgrades, system configuration, and integrations.
  • Exposure to client-facing roles (requirement gathering, workshops, consulting).
  • Understanding of Maximo architecture, data models, and integration capabilities.
  • Familiarity with integrations to ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and IoT platforms.
  • Knowledge of Maximo Industry Solutions (desirable).
  • Experience with Maximo on Cloud/SaaS environments (preferred).
  • Relevant IBM Maximo certifications will be an added advantage.
