We are seeking a skilled Piping Drafter and Modeller with expertise in AutoCAD Plant 3D to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success.PDE is seeking dynamic ,knowledgeable- “Piping Drafter and Modeller” to join our team, where they will play a pivotal role in design drawings(using) to develop 3D models of piping systems in AutoCAD Plant 3D. You will also be responsible for preparing detailed ISO drawings, spool drawings, and Bills of Materials (BOM) to support construction and fabrication processes. Additionally, you will export and generate various reports from AutoCAD Plant 3D to aid in project tracking and documentation.Job Summary:As a Piping Drafter and Modeller, you will use design drawings to develop 3D models of piping systems in AutoCAD Plant 3D. You will also be responsible for preparing detailed ISO drawings, spool drawings, and Bills of Materials (BOM) to support construction and fabrication processes. Additionally, you will export and generate various reports from AutoCAD Plant 3D to aid in project tracking and documentation.Job Requirements:- Create and develop detailed 3D piping models based on design drawings and specifications using AutoCAD Plant 3D.- Prepare ISO drawings that accurately reflect the piping system, including welds, pipe lengths, supports, and component details.- Generate spool drawings showing assembly information, welds, and pipe length requirements.- Develop and maintain Bills of Materials (BOM) for piping systems, including components and materials.- Export and generate various reports from AutoCAD Plant 3D, including material take-offs, piping lists, and design validation reports.- Ensure that all models, drawings, and reports adhere to project specifications, industry standards, and company guidelines.- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and project managers to verify and incorporate design changes.- Conduct quality checks and reviews to ensure accuracy and completeness of all deliverables.- Update and maintain project documentation and drawing files throughout the project lifecycle.- Assist with field verification and data collection as needed to ensure design accuracy.Qualifications:- Associate’s degree or diploma in Drafting, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.- Proven experience as a Piping Drafter and Modeller using AutoCAD Plant 3D (minimum two years preferred).- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD Plant 3D for 3D modelling, ISO drawing creation, spool drawing preparation, and report generation.- Knowledge of piping systems, components, and industry standards.- Experience with preparing and managing Bill of Materials (BOM).-Strong organizational and time-management skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Familiarity with relevant codes and regulations (e.G., ASME, ANSI, API) is a plus.Preferred Skills:- 6 months to 1 year experience required. -Experience with additional CAD software (e.G., Revit, MicroStation) is a plus.- Knowledge of advanced 3D modelling and visualization techniques.- Certification from a recognized drafting or engineering organization is advantageous.Job Location - Jaipur, RajasthanMode of work - Work from office, 5 Days working.Shift Timing -
