Role Description

This is an internship role for an AI Developer at NetoAI (Hybrid - Chennai). The Developer will work on day-to-day tasks involving ML training, AI agent development, training data preparation.

Qualifications

  • Academic Status:
    This position is exclusively for students currently in their final year of study, with an expected graduation date in (Spring/Summer 2026).
  • Degree Focus:
    Candidates must be pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a closely related engineering discipline.
  • Career Path:
    This is an internship-to-hire program. Successful performance during the internship will lead to a full-time employment offer upon graduation.
  • You should have extensive experience (Personal project / Company) using LLMs for software development.
  • Strong expertise in coding with Python.
  • You should have a strong understanding of ML and LLM fundamentals.
  • A high level of confidence and a "can-do" attitude are essential.
  • Good communication skills is a must and should have the right mindset to work with a high performing team coming from diverse background.
