Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to join Lifesight in our solutions and implementations team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the unique needs of our customers and overseeing the successful onboarding, solutioning and implementation of these solutions. You will also get the unique opportunity to evolve into a subject matter expert.Most importantly, you will get the unique opportunity to work on an industry defining well-funded product and get to truly drive its adoption & success.What You’ll DoInterface with enterprise customers and understand their pain points and gaps in the current marketing, analytics and support stackWork with product team and build subject matter expertise in Lifesight’s offeringsSolution for the unique growth needs of the customerImplement Lifesight’s solutions & drive value recognition for the customerWork closely with Customer Experience and Platform Engineering team to address all the production issuesSupport sales and marketing initiatives to drive business success

You are perfect for the role if you have..

1-3 years of hands-on implementation / solutioning experience in Data Intensive B2B/SaaS applicationsExperience in working with and managing team across multiple timezonesExperience / Good understanding of working with Google Tag Manager (client and server-side tagging)Good working knowledge with Restful APIs, Graphql, SQL & WebhooksProduct mindset & good problem solving skillsExceptional communication skills and attention to detailPast Experience as a software engineer is an advantageGood Java Script skills is an advantage
