We’re building the future of intelligent testing, where AI understands your app, runs adaptive tests on real devices, and reports issues with full context.We’re now expanding our engineering team to build the next generation of our platform, blending world-class UX with deep AI capabilities.Role OverviewWe’re looking for a Full-Stack Engineer who thrives at the intersection of web development, AI integration, and platform scalability. You’ll work across the stack, A from building fluid, high-performance UIs to integrating LLM-driven features and scalable backend systems.This role is for someone who’s excited about solving tough technical challenges, experimenting with new AI workflows, and shipping real, production-grade systems.What You’ll Work On- Build and maintain high-quality, responsive UIs using React.js and Next.js.- Develop modular, maintainable frontend architecture with Type Script, React Hooks, and state management tools (Zustand, Recoil, or Redux).- Create clean and scalable backend services using Spring Boot (Java) and Python (Fast API, Flask, or Django).- Design and integrate RESTful APIs, authentication flows, and microservices.- Work with Mongo DB for efficient schema design, data modeling, and query optimization.- Optimize frontend and backend performance, ensuring a smooth, secure experience.- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, and AI teams to ship user-first features.Requirements Frontend- Strong experience with React.js, Next.js, and Type Script and CSS.- Solid understanding of modern Java Script (ES6+) and component-based architecture.- Experience with state management (Zustand, Redux, Recoil) and React Hooks.- Proficiency in building responsive, performant, and modular UIs.- Knowledge of API integration, auth flows, and frontend performance tuning.- (Bonus) Experience with Electron.js for cross-platform desktop applications.Backend- Proficiency in Java (Spring Boot) for backend service development.- Experience in Python with Fast API, Flask, or Django.- Deep understanding of RESTful API design and microservice architecture.- Experience with asynchronous programming, background tasks, and queue systems.- Hands-on experience with Mongo DB (data modeling, schema design, optimization).- Understanding of authentication, authorization, and secure API practices.- (Bonus) Familiarity with Dev Ops, Docker, AWS and CI/CD pipelines.AI & Integrations- Practical experience integrating LLM APIs (Open AI, Anthropic, Gemini, etc.).- Familiarity with Lang Chain, Lang Graph, or related AI orchestration frameworks.- Understanding of prompt engineering, RAG, and vector databases.- Interest in building AI-first product features that combine logic with intelligent automation.- Curiosity and willingness to experiment with emerging AI SDKs and frameworks.Why Join Quash- Work on a real product used by QA teams and developers worldwide.- Collaborate directly with the founders on high-impact, experimental projects.- Opportunity to own the architecture, influence direction, and build cutting-edge AI tooling.- Competitive compensation with equity options.- A creative, ambitious, and fast-paced environment where ideas turn into shipped features fast.
