Job Role : SAP CAR consultantExperience : 7 to 12 yearsLocation : Bengaluru/Mumbai/Pune/Delhi NCRMust have :- 10+ Years of strong functional experience in working for a leading retail,or service industry with 7+ years of experience in working for SAP programs / projects in Implementation or support area- Minimum 7 + Years of SAP ECC or S4 Hana working Experience- Design and implement SAP CAR solutions, configuring modules such as POS Data Transfer & Audit (POS DTA- Integrate SAP CAR with other SAP systems (S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, Fiori) and third-party applications, ensuring accurate data flow from various sources like POS systems and e-commerce platforms.- Retail Domain Knowledge: Understanding of the retail industry and its associated processes.- Gather functional requirements from business stakeholders, translate them into technical solutions, and design effective solutions within SAP CAR.- Enterprise structure and organizational units relevant for procurement processes- Integration of SAP S/4HANA MM with FICO, SD and PP modules- Deep understanding on business process integration knowledge with other modules- Should have worked with interfaces with third party systems (Idocs)- Good communicator and ability to handle multiple stakeholdersGood to Have :- SAP Certification- Experience in ACTIVATE or Agile Methodology- IS Retail Experience- Team management- Reporting & Presentation Skills
