Job Title: Chartered Accountant (CA) – Finance & Accounts

Location: Delhi NCR (candidates from Delhi NCR preferred; others willing to relocate are welcome)

Reporting To: CFO / Finance Head / Managing Director

We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our Finance & Accounts team. The ideal candidate will bring around 5 years of post-qualification experience in accounting, taxation and financial management. Experience in a manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain accurate books of accounts in line with Indian Accounting Standards.

  • Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements – P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow.

  • Handle direct and indirect taxation (GST, TDS, Income Tax) and ensure all statutory compliance.

  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

  • Monitor working capital, cash flow and coordinate with banks for funding/loans.

  • Implement and maintain strong internal financial controls and cost-control measures.

  • Coordinate with statutory, internal and tax auditors and provide necessary documentation.

  • Support ERP/finance system improvements and automation.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) with about 5 years of post-qualification experience.

  • Solid knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards, Companies Act, GST & Income Tax.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

  • Good command of MS Excel and exposure to accounting/ERP software (SAP/Oracle/Tally/Zoho etc.).

  • Effective communication and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Preferred / Added Advantage

  • Prior experience in a manufacturing industry is highly desirable.

  • Delhi NCR candidates preferred, or applicants willing to relocate to Delhi.

CTC / Salary Range

  • As per company norms, commensurate with experience.
