We are looking for a highly confident, fluent English speaker to join our team as an Inside Sales Specialist.


Job Overview

The Inside Sales Specialist will focus on lead generation through various channels and secure meetings with key clients. This role involves understanding client requirements, effective communication, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:


Lead Generation:

  • Conduct cold calls to prospective clients.
  • Execute email marketing campaigns to generate leads.
  • Network through social media and industry events to identify potential clients.
  • Research and identify new business opportunities.


Client Engagement:

  • Secure meetings with key clients to discuss their requirements.
  • Understand and analyze client needs to offer suitable solutions.
  • Provide detailed product/service information to clients.
  • Follow up with clients to nurture leads and move them through the sales funnel.


Client Communication:

  • Maintain regular communication with clients to build and sustain relationships.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales deals.


Sales Administration:

  • Update and maintain CRM software with client interactions and sales activities.
  • Prepare sales reports and present them to the management team.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall sales targets and objectives.


Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay updated on JucyGifts' product offerings and industry trends.
  • Continuously improve sales techniques and strategies.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in inside sales, lead generation, or a similar role.


Skills:

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Personal Attributes:
  • Highly confident and self-motivated.
  • Results-driven and goal-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
