Role Description
Seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Product Manager to join the team and lead the development and launch of products. Candidates need to have a strong technical background in IoT products.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute product strategy to meet business objectives.
Lead product design, development, and testing efforts.
Drive product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals and market needs
Recruit and manage a cross-functional team of hardware, firmware and software engineers.
Conduct market research to identify new product opportunities and drive innovation.
Define and monitor tasks and deliverables to ensure project milestones are met.
Communicate with clients, vendors, and third parties as a part of this role.
Qualifications
B.Tech/M.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) or Electronics & Communications Engineering (ECE)
Minimum of 8-10 years of product development experience in hardware, working with cloud services (API) and IOT and/or hardware/cloud solutions.
Strong understanding of hardware development processes, IoT architecture, best practices of firmware development, cloud platforms, communication protocols and manufacturing technologies.
Prior experience in startups and/or within a dynamic work environment is strongly preferred.
Candidate MUST have experience in bringing IoT products to market, and overseeing multiple production cycles.
Will be a competitive package based on experience and industry benchmarking of similar roles.
