What are we looking for you to do?

· Ensure comprehensive capture and documentation of requirements upfront, emphasizing understanding the data impact across systems and processes.

· Collaborate with Data Analytics and Operations to define dashboard requirements for monitoring product issues in new releases/features, including defining success metrics, lockings, and new tagging.

· Set up alerts and monitoring mechanisms as necessary for new features, including hypercare for new events and post-release monitoring.

· Lead data issue calls with relevant stakeholders, investigating issues by conducting analyses on the Learning Management System (LMS) and Business Data Unit (BDU), working closely with data analytics and LMS teams.

· Take ownership of all data-related incidents, conducting root cause analyses, documenting investigations, findings, and impact analyses, proposing solutions, aligning with stakeholders for approval, and executing solutions post sign-off.

· Daily monitor alerts, investigate product issues, raise ServiceNow (SNOW) tickets for identified issues, conduct impact analyses, and proactively showcase the value of analytics.

· Provide support and guidance to operations teams, helping them learn best practices for queries, dashboard usage, analytics, and processes, and be available to assist during critical Priority 1 (P1) and Priority 2 (P2) incidents.


What are we looking for in the successful candidate?

l 2+years of experience in data analytics.

l Able to code in SQL

l Able to build dashboards in Power BI

l Understanding of mobile app data flows (Events, CTAs, Screen Views, etc.)

l Knowledge of data architecture and ETL

l Familiarity with Big query and Google Data Studio.

l Excellent communication, co-ordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
