Key Responsibilities:
·     Manage day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, administering benefits, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
·     Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process—from drafting job descriptions and posting openings to screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and facilitating onboarding.
·     Conduct job market research to identify industry trends, talent pools, and competitor practices to continuously enhance our recruitment strategies.
·     Collaborate with the payroll partner to ensure seamless HR operations and data accuracy.

Duration & Compensation:
We offer a structured internship program designed to enhance your expertise through hands-on learning and professional mentorship.
·      The first month will serve as an evaluation period to assess your fit within the company culture and work environment. During this time, we will focus on:
