Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Relationship Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Assistant Relationship Manager will be responsible for supporting the Relationship Manager in managing client relationships, maintaining client portfolios, and ensuring client satisfaction. Daily tasks include client communication, preparation of financial reports, assisting with loan processing, and providing administrative support to the team. The role involves frequent client interactions to understand their needs and provide suitable financial solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in client relationship management and portfolio management
- Knowledge of financial products and services offered by Tata Capital
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
