Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and implement data-driven Facebook Ads strategies tailored to client goals (lead generation, e-commerce sales, brand awareness, etc.).
  • Manage end-to-end campaign setup including audience research, creative planning, ad copy, targeting, budgeting, and tracking.
  • Continuously monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversions.
  • Analytics & Reporting
  • Track, analyze, and interpret campaign data using Meta Ads Manager and other analytics tools.
  • Provide clients with regular performance reports, insights, and actionable recommendations.
  • Client Servicing & Communication
  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts.
  • Understand client objectives and proactively suggest strategies to maximize results.
  • Conduct review calls, present reports, and ensure complete client satisfaction.
  • Collaboration & Creative Input
  • Work closely with the design and content teams to create high-performing ad creatives and copy.
  • Stay updated with Facebook Ads policies, industry trends, and competitor strategies.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with other paid media platforms (Google Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Knowledge of Shopify, WooCommerce, or e-commerce performance marketing.
  • Certification in Meta Blueprint or Google Analytics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹19, ₹50,000.00 per month
