Job DetailsJob Title: ARTS Replacement DeveloperLocation: RemoteDuration: 18 MonthsContractDescription ofProjectWe are seeking a (1) fulltimedeveloper to design and develop Power Platform applications. Theresource should understand how to develop and integrate Power AppsCanvas App Power Pages Power Automate Power BI Report Builder SQLServer Database Azure Active Directory and Microsoft Teams. Theresource is expected to serve as a Power Platform subject matterexpert and provide knowledge transfer to the developers. Thepurpose of this staff augmentation is to develop a customapplication to replace the current Automated Research TrackingSystem (ARTS).There is a potential foradditional Power Platform work outside the Automated ResearchTracking System to be determined and added with a future Amendmentto the Work Order.At a high level the resourcewill assist in designing the overall architecture; develop andintegrate PowerApps (Canvas App and Power Pages) with PowerAutomate SQL Server Database Azure Active Directory and MicrosoftTeams; and provide knowledge sharing with developers.The work is expected to be done remotely.Sample TasksSetup DEV environment with connection to SQL Server DEVenvironment (all within given standards).Analyze and implement business requirements (using predetermined environments).Develop a Canvas Appfor an internal project tracking application.Develop Power Pages to create an external website orapplication.Develop Power Automate forseveral processes/components of the Project Tracking Console.Develop a frontend Customer RelationshipManagement Portal connecting to the Active Directory and variousother databases.Integrate Canvas App PowerPages and Power Automate with SQL Server database and Azure ActiveDirectory.Liaise with developers to improveapplications and establish best practices.Provide knowledge transfer.

DesiredQualificationsThree (3)years experience in Microsoft (MS) PowerApps development.

Microsoft (MS) Infopath development experiencesubstitutes for one year.

Three (3) years experience in Microsoft (MS) PowerAutomate development.

Microsoft (MS) Flowdevelopment experience substitutes for one year.

One (1) year experience inMicrosoft (MS) Power Pages Developer role.One (1) year experience working with Microsoft (MS)Premium Connectors to external databases.Two(2) engagements with each lasting more than six (6) months inPowerApps Developer role.Ability to designand develop complex modeldriven and canvas apps using advancedtechniques like component reusability data integration and customcontrols.Previous experience in Power Appscomponent framework (PCF) for building reusable UI components andextending modeldriven apps.Skills inintegrating Power Apps Power Automate and Power Pages with otherMicrosoft products like SharePoint Dynamics 365 Azure Teams andwith various data sources APIs and external systems.Ability to design and develop complex Power Pageswebsites using advanced techniques like custom authentication dataintegration and content management.Previousexperience in Power Pages features and capabilities such asprebuilt templates rolebased access control and content deliverynetwork support.Experience in mentoringother developers on Power Automate and PowerApps OR new programminglanguage or framework.Two (2) yearsexperience in JAVA or .NET or C# development.
