Job Title :   Engineer I (Power & Battery) Experience : 2-4 Years Location : Bengaluru Role & Responsibilities Full electrical design of high-voltage battery packs for UAVs - component layout, wiring, PDU, BMU/BCU, relays, fuses, contactors Select & size cells, BMS, ESC, motors, contactors, IMD, IVT, busbars, connectors Create DFMEA, FTA, DVP&R, DFM and other design documents Develop test plans, execute component & pack-level validation, drive improvements Provide hands-on production floor support - assembly & troubleshooting Participate in design reviews, risk assessments and cross-functional sync-ups Ensure EMC/EMI compliance and adherence to AIS, IEC, ISO, MIL standards Drive cost optimization and value engineering Generate 2D/3D drawings & schematics (Creo preferred) Requisites Bachelor’s / Master’s in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics Engineering Hands-on experience in Li-ion battery pack design & HV integration for drones/e-mobility Strong knowledge of BMS algorithms (SOC/SOH, balancing, paralleling), cell & ESC/motor selection Proficient in battery testing (cell, module, pack) and test equipment Familiarity with EMC/EMI and relevant standards (AIS, IEC, ISO, MIL) Creo Parametric + Creo Schematics (preferred); Windchill is a preferred. Excellent problem-solving, documentation and team collaboration skills
