Job Description Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Recruitment Specialist to join our Finance and Accounting Operations team in Bellandur, Bangalore. This role is critical in driving talent acquisition for finance, accounting, and operational positions, ensuring we attract and onboard high-caliber professionals who align with our organizational values. The ideal candidate will manage the full recruitment lifecycle with precision and professionalism, collaborating closely with hiring managers to deliver timely, quality hires. Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offer management. Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and prioritize hiring needs. Proactively source candidates via job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and professional networks. Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates, with a focus on finance, accounting, and operations roles. Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communication, and ensure a seamless and positive hiring experience. Update and maintain recruitment dashboards and tracking systems to monitor hiring metrics and progress. Support employer branding efforts and promote company culture during the recruitment process. Requirements Requirements: Graduate or Postgraduate with 2–5 years of experience in recruitment. Prior experience in hiring for finance, accounting, or operations roles is highly preferred. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines. Proficiency in using recruitment tools such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Proactive mindset with a passion for talent acquisition and building high-performing teams.
