Marketing Specialist
to design and execute innovative marketing campaigns across e-commerce platforms and social media channels. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong creative and analytical skills, experienced in driving measurable results through data-driven marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, design, and implement innovative sales and marketing campaigns tailored to e-commerce platforms and social media channels.
Focus on lead generation, customer acquisition, and increasing e-commerce sales.
Collaborate with the digital marketing and creative teams to produce compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing pages that resonate with target audiences.
Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify areas for improvement, ensuring continuous optimization of KPIs such as ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.
Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to ensure a competitive edge.
Manage ad budgets effectively, monitor spending, and track ROAS to ensure cost-efficient campaign execution and profitability.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to uncover new opportunities and refine strategies for maximum impact.
Test new ad formats, targeting techniques, and creative approaches to maximize campaign effectiveness and audience engagement.
Work closely with product management, customer support, and other teams to deliver a seamless and engaging customer journey across all touchpoints.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business administration, or a related field.
At least 4+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of running successful campaigns on e-commerce platforms and social media.
Strong background in
Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
and
Google Tag Manager (GTM)
for advanced e-commerce tracking and data-driven decision-making.
Strong ability to interpret data and make informed, results-driven decisions to improve campaign performance.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and present ideas.
Deep understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Amazon Advertising, and other e-commerce tracking tools.
Familiarity with
SEO , email marketing tools like
Klaviyo , and content marketing strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
