Position Overview: We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic recent graduates or individuals with diverse domestic experience to join our RCM delivery team as Process Associates/AR Callers. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills who are eager to learn and grow in the US healthcare RCM domain. Comprehensive training will be provided to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Receivable (AR) Calling: Initiate calls to insurance companies in the US to follow up on outstanding claims and resolve issues related to denied or unpaid claims.
  • Claims Management: Review and analyze insurance claims, identify discrepancies, and ensure timely resolution of claims.
  • Documentation: Accurately document call interactions, outcomes, and any relevant information in the system.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with insurance representatives and healthcare providers to obtain required information and expedite claim processing.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to all regulatory and compliance requirements related to US healthcare RCM.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet team goals and objectives.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Recent graduates (any discipline) or individuals with relevant experience.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Adaptability: Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer service, call center, or any role requiring strong communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of US healthcare terminology and RCM processes is a plus.
