  • Understand Customer Behavior: Analyze and deeply understand customer behavior to translate insights into actionable strategies. Stay updated on evolving trends and strategic priorities through comprehensive data analysis to predict customer behavior.
  • Market Trends & Opportunities: Stay ahead of market trends in a dynamic landscape. Identify growth opportunities and prioritize initiatives that have a significant impact. Ensure competitiveness in both online and offline marketplaces.
  • Financial Management:
  • Budget Ownership: Manage and oversee growth budgets and spending across various channels and promotions to ensure optimal resource allocation.
  • Leadership & Team Development:

Key Deliverables:

  • Demand Generation - Revenue, Traffic & Conversion:

  • Promotions Calendar: Plan, create, and execute a promotions calendar, including events and campaigns to drive growth.

  • Consumer Experience - Storefronts & CRM:
  • Customer Experience Management: Own and enhance customer experience across all touchpoints, ensuring seamless discovery and journey.

  • Promotions Policy Development: Develop a data-backed promotions policy to identify growth opportunities.
