Role Overview We are hiring a Lead UI/UX Designer to drive the design vision and experience of our flagship product. This role is ideal for a hands-on design leader who can balance strategy, execution, and team mentorship while shaping a world-class fintech & Web3 experience from the ground up. What You’ll Do Lead the end-to-end design strategy for Strate Fai’s platform Build design foundations: research frameworks, design systems, component libraries Translate complex fintech and blockchain concepts into intuitive user experiences Create wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity UI, and developer-ready assets Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis Partner with Product, Engineering, and Leadership to influence roadmap decisions Ensure design meets accessibility and compliance standards Mentor and support the growth of junior designers as the team expands What You Bring 5+ years of UI/UX design experience with a strong, product-focused portfolio 2+ years in fintech, crypto, or Web3 (must-have) Experience owning design projects from concept to launch Strong proficiency in Figma and modern design tools Deep understanding of user-centered design, interaction patterns, and design systems Ability to simplify complex financial workflows into clean, intuitive UX Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills Bonus Points Early-stage startup experience Familiarity with HTML/CSS/React Experience across Web, i OS, and Android Knowledge of trading, portfolio management, or investment platforms Contributions to design communities or thought leadership Why Join Strate Fai?
