Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management & Reporting:

Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Manage consolidated financial reporting for multiple entities, including trusts, partnerships, and private companies.

Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to stakeholders.

Investment Management:

Collaborate with the investment team to monitor and analyze investment performance.

Support investment decisions by providing detailed financial analysis and reports.

Maintain records of all investment transactions and update portfolios as needed.

Accounting & Compliance:

Supervise all accounting functions, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and payroll.

Ensure compliance with all applicable tax regulations, including income tax, GST/VAT, and estate tax filings.

Liaise with external auditors and tax consultants to ensure accurate and compliant financial reporting.

Financial Planning & Strategy:

Develop and implement financial strategies to support the family office’s goals and objectives.

Provide financial insights and recommendations for family members and stakeholders.

Manage risk and provide recommendations for risk mitigation strategies.


Operational Oversight:

Implement and maintain robust internal controls and processes.

Ensure the accuracy of financial data and improve the efficiency of financial systems and processes.

Coordinate with legal, tax, and estate planning professionals to ensure alignment with the family’s financial strategy.

Stakeholder Management:

Serve as a key point of contact for family members and advisors on financial matters.

Communicate complex financial information in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders.

Manage relationships with banks, investment managers, and other financial service providers.


Qualifications

CA with 8-12 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting, with a preference for family office or private wealth management experience.

Strong understanding of financial planning, investment management, and accounting principles.

Excellent knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements.

Proficiency in financial software and MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
