Role DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated and skilled

Civil Engineer who will play a key role in assisting with the planning, design, and execution of construction of our retail stores. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for contributing to the successful completion of construction projects.

Responsibilities:Assist in the planning, design, and coordination of construction projects under the guidance of senior engineers and project managers.Conduct site visits and surveys to assess project requirements, existing conditions, and constraints.Prepare engineering designs, drawings, and specifications using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or other relevant software.Assist in the preparation of project proposals, estimates, and schedules.Collaborate with architects, contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.Monitor construction progress and quality, and assist in addressing any issues or concerns that arise during the construction process.Perform calculations, analyses, and simulations to support design decisions and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.Assist in the review and approval of project designs, drawings, and documents.Participate in project meetings, presentations, and reviews with clients and stakeholders.Support field personnel and construction teams with technical guidance and assistance as needed.

Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.Construction experience 3+ yrs is mandatory.Relevant internship or co-op experience in civil engineering or construction industry preferred.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or other engineering software.Strong technical skills and knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices.Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.Willingness to learn and develop new skills in a dynamic construction environment.
