Looking for a Freelance UX Designer to join a team of rockstar developers. The candidate should have a minimum of 5+ yrs. of experience.There are multiple openings. We have offices in Florida & New Delhi. Our clientele spreads across the US, Australia & APAC. To give you a sense of our growth rate, we've added 70+ employees in the last 6 weeks itself and expect another 125+ by the end of Q1 2025.Key Responsibilities:- Design and prototype intuitive, user-centric interfaces using Figma.- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to enhance designs.- Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and consistency.- Optimize designs based on analytics and user behavior insights.- Maintain design systems and ensure consistency across all platforms.Required Skills & Experience:- 5+ years of experience in UX design.- Strong expertise in Figma and other UX/UI design tools.- Deep understanding of user research, usability testing, and design principles.- Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with development teams.- Ability to translate business requirements into engaging user experiences.- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.What we need-~35 hours of work per week.-100% remote from our side-You will be paid out every month.-Min 3 yrs of experience-Please apply only if you have a 100% remote job currently-If you do well, this will continue for a long time.
