Roles and - Ability to code new features with best practices and team-defined conventions. Identifies and effectively debugs problems from first principles.

Desired skills & experience:
- 1-3 years of experience building Web apps on the MERN stack
- Proficiency in any mainstream programming language and interest in using Javascript, Typescript, Python, ReactJS, Nodejs.
- Good understanding of client-server architecture, experience with WebSockets is a plus.
- Experience in building RESTful APIs and exposure to relational or NoSQL databases
- Thorough understanding of HTTP protocol and its nuances.
- You possess strong computer science fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, design patterns
- The ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment is a must. Open-source contribution is a plus.
- A keen intuition for well-designed software and beautiful, usable interfaces
